Life Lessons Learned...

A girl was attending a university that was very big into everyone paying there fair share and this school also was supporting the Occupying Wall Street Movement. This girl came home one weekend to visit with her family. She went out to have lunch with her father and the father was asking her about school and her grades. The girl stated that she had A's in all her classes and was doing great, but it was very hard to do as good as she was doing by having to stay up late at night to study and not being able to go out on the weekends with her friends. The daughter also stated to her dad that it also did not help that her college dorm room mate would party every day and would try and pressure her not to study and go and party because the room mate was failing her classes and she did not care.

Have way through lunch, the daughter started talking to her dad, who was a Conservative Republican, about politics and how he should reconsider his political party. The father said he would think about what she was saying.

On the drive home, the father said to the daughter, "You should go to the Dean of Education and see if they would allow you to give some of your Grade Point Average to your room mate that is failing so that she could possibly get a C and pass the class and you can also pass with a C...only if the school would allow it". The daughter looked at her dad and said,"Are you crazy?! I worked hard for the A's that I have. I stay up late at night, I don't go partying on the weekends just so I can have those A's. My room mate is a good person, but she stays up all night, sleeps all day...there is no way I am doing that!"

The father then said, "Welcome to the Conservative Republican party".
